Bringing cultural and artistic activities to serve remote, border and ethnic minority areas in the period of 2021 - 2030

Preserving and promoting the fine traditional and cultural values of ethnic minorities in the province in association with tourism development; renovating the method of organizing cultural and artistic activities to serve remote, border and ethnic minority areas which are suitable for the conditions of each locality in the province... That is the goal of the implementation plan of the Project "Program of cultural and artistic activities to serve remote, border and ethnic minority areas in the period of 2021 - 2030" in Lao Cai province.
Performing arts in Lung Cai commune (Bac Ha).

According to the Plan No. 282/KH-UBND dated June 29th, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee, there are 15 contents that need to be implemented. In which, survey and statistical investigation on the status of cultural and artistic enjoyment of ethnic minorities in remote, border and ethnic minority areas. Building the model of cultural and art club spots suitable to reality in remote villages and residential areas.

Organizing performing arts activities (amateur art performances and professional art performances) to serve people in remote, border areas, ethnic minority areas, and areas with special difficulties.

Organizing festivals, cultural exchanges, cultural and art shows; organizing cinematographic activities in the unit; contests and compositions on ethnic minority topics; organizing exhibition and display activities; propagating, introducing, and promoting traditional culture, tourism development.

Organizing video and audio recording of cultural and art programs to broadcast or transfer to cultural centers and villages for documentation or playback on holidays and festivals. Producing cultural publications, professional books with appropriate contents and forms, and granting them to extremely difficult and very difficult communes.

Investment in equipment for mobile film screening teams, provincial mobile propaganda teams, district mobile propaganda teams, cultural and sports centers of the communes, residential cultural houses (according to the Project No. - DA/TU of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee on cultural and tourism development in Lao Cai province in the period of 2020 - 2025).

Investment in information technology equipment to store and exploit the content of cultural and artistic activities and tourism development. To integrate law dissemination and education in cultural and artistic activities; introduce good models, good practices or socio-economic development associated with preserving and promoting national cultural identity. 

Research and collecting folk songs, folk dances, and musical instruments of ethnic minorities at risk of being lost to preserve and promote them. Appointing the officers, staffs, and public employees to participate in training and coaching to improve professional knowledge, methods and skills in implementing activities of the cultural and art programs organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism....

The implementation period is from 2021 - 2030, divided into 2 stages. Stage I: From 2021 to 2025; Stage II: From 2026 to 2030.
