"Green Nghia Do" Half-Marathon in 2022

The Half-Marathon is the first community event held in Nghia do commune. The prize was organized by Bao Yen District People's Committee in collaboration with Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union to celebrate the 31st anniversary of Lao Cai province's re-establishment day (October 1, 1991 - October 1, 2022) and looking forward to welcoming the 12th National Youth Union Congress, term 2022 - 2027. At the same time, actively promote and promote local community tourism activities.

With the theme "Green Nghia Do" Half-Marathon in 2022, the tournament will take place within 1 day on October 1, 2022 (Saturday), at Nghia Do commune, Bao Yen district, Lao Cai province.

It is expected that about 300 people (including professional/amateur athletes from Lao Cai province, northern provinces and cities and union members, youth and people of Bao Yen district) will participate in the tournament.

Athletes will compete in 3 events including distances of 21km, 10km and 5km.

‑‑With a route of 21km: Start from Check-in point (Muong Kem village) - follow provincial road 153 - Turn left to welcome gate of Nam Cam village‑, go to Nam Cam village cultural house (via homestay number 7)‑ go to overflow bridge of Nam Cam village Go along the core area to Pac Bo village‑, go to the intersection of Pac Bo villages, Don villages - turn right onto Don village ‑go to Hoc village, Hoc village waterfall,‑ go to Nam Khao (Vinh Yen) ‑ go to Na Luong village - Na Luong bridge turn right to Tang Que village (Vinh Yen)‑ cross the Suspension Bridge (Team 1 Vinh Yen) ‑ go to National Highway 279 - follow Highway 279 - turn right on the cement concrete road to Ria village ‑ go past the house of Artisan Ma Thanh Soi - turn right and go through the school Nghia Do Secondary School ‑ to National Road 279 - follow Highway 279 through Bao Yen 3 High School - turn right to Na Khuong village ‑ follow the cement concrete road in Na Khuong village, Rang village ‑ go out Highway 279 - run along Highway 279 - turn right and go through Na Muong‑ bridge follows the Na Muong cement concrete road - turn left (the intersection near the primary school) and follow provincial road 152 - Checkin point (Muong Kem village).

5 km route: Starting from Check-in point (Muong Kem village) ‑ market center - turn right to Na Luong bridge ‑ Na Luong cultural house - turn left to Don village - Tham Ma village - Check-in point (Muong Kem village).
