Tan Tien is a high and remote area of Bao Yen district, 35 km from the center of Bao Yen district. This place is a long-living place of the Tay, Dao, and Mong people... The terrain of Tan Tien is majestic, rugged with high mountains, deep streams but very poetic and possesses extremely attractive natural beauties. That is the beauty of Xa waterfall, the charming villages at the foot of the mountain, the immense cardamom forests on the high mountains. A beauty that cannot be ignored is the terraced fields like paintings in the mountains.

With the topography of many high mountains, for a long time, the ethnic people here have known to conquer nature, feats, and create terraced fields running on the mountain slopes. It is the result of the hard work of the people here. Wandering on Nghia Do - Tan Tien road, the natural scenery on both sides of the road is beautiful with high mountainsides, vast forests, below is a flowing stream. On the side of the mountain, the hillside is the slope of terraced fields like the contours running towards the green forest. In the distance, a peaceful village of Mong, Dao and Tay people appeared. Tan Tien appears as a painting with many beauties that make anyone who first set foot in this land feel uneasy.

Going around Tan Tien, visitors will see terraced fields in villages such as Nam Hu, Nam Din, Can Chai, Na Phung, Nam Bat... In the pouring water season, Tan Tien terraced fields are sparkling, leaning on the side of the mountain. A dark brown color of the soil and mud mixed with the pouring spring water makes the terraced fields appear as clear as a ladder to the top of the sky. In the transplanting season, the people here are busy and joyfully transplanting young, soft green seedlings into the fields, accidentally creating many arcs to adorn the mountains and forests. Looking down from above along the winding curves, visitors have the feeling that they are soft blue silk ribbons fluttering on the mountainside. In the distance is a waterfall pouring down, bringing water to the fields and villages.

In autumn, Tan Tien mountains are filled with cardamom scent. The terraced fields turn golden yellow on the mountainside. The village is like wearing a soft yellow shirt. Standing from above to admire, Tan Tien terraced fields are like moving golden waves, running long and winding to the top of the sky. A beautiful, majestic and poetic scene opens up in front of visitors. In the afternoon, the sun is slanting on the top of the mountain, shining golden sunlight on the terraced fields, making the yellow color even more brilliant. The clouds around the mountain peaks make the space here become fanciful.
