Approve the investment of Pho Lu intersection with Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway
The Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2542/QD - UBND on August 5, 2020, approving the construction of a project connecting Provincial Highway 152 to the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway (Pho Lu intersection).With a total investment of 150 billion VND, the project was assigned to the Department of Transport - Construction as an investor. The scope of the project includes: constructing four branches to split and merge with the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, and two branches to connect with Provincial Road 152; widening the surface of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, from Km 223 + 770 to Km 224 + 224.83, from two to four lanes; widening the foundation and surface of Provincial Road 152; repaying Provincial Road 151C; and renovating the intersection of Provin
Investing in the construction of the Pho Lu intersection is critical, as it will contribute to the creation of infrastructure connecting the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway to Si Ma Cai, Bac Ha, Bao Thang, and neighboring districts of Ha Giang province. Reduce the cost of transporting goods from Tang Loong Industrial Park to the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, increase expressway capacity, reduce the risk of traffic insecurity, and promote regional economic development and society.
