Keep visitors from the smallest things

In Sa Pa town, the environmental sanitation has been carried out regularly by the local and many organizations and individuals in order to create a green - clean - beautiful environment, helping visitors have a good impression of this land.

Since coming into operation (2016) until now, workers of Fansipan Cable Car Travel Service Co., Ltd. have regularly performed swings to clean up trash around Fansipan peak area. The garbage disposal in the most dangerous craggy locations has left a good impression on visitors. Fansipan Cable Car Travel Service Co., Ltd also regularly cooperates with Sa Pa Town People's Committee and related units to organize activities to protect the environment, clean up waste, plant trees on the way to the top of Fansipan and Hoang Lien National Park.

Fansipan peak is always clean even though the number of visitors is very large

Mr. Hoang Van Dan, Deputy Director of Fansipan Cable Car Travel Service Co., Ltd. said: With the view of tourism development based on sustainable values, the company always focuses on protecting and recreating the environment. "We have built a wastewater treatment system, collecting waste in the tourist area, using environmentally friendly materials, saving energy and using clean technologies," said Mr. Dan.

For many travelers, the first thing that comes to mind when traveling is personal hygiene. While "side works" in private tourist facilities are interested, many public tourist attractions have almost none or have but are of substandard quality, making visitors unhappy. The construction of public toilets, ensuring standards in tourist areas and destinations with a large number of tourists, is thought to be a small matter, but it is necessary to retain visitors.

Understanding this, by the end of 2021, Sa Pa town has invested funds to build, repair and upgrade a number of public toilets in the town center. Now, when getting off the bus station, going to the market, walking around the lake, the yard ... visitors can rest assured to use the standard and clean toilets.

Talking about the experience in Sa Pa, Mr. Hoang Manh Hung (Hanoi) said: After each trip, I am more satisfied with the way of tourism in Sa Pa town. I highly appreciate the construction and upgrading of public toilets in the town center. When the locality knows how to care about the smallest things, it is already half successful in retaining visitors.

Sa Pa town union members and youth collect garbage.

As people who love the environment and want tourism to develop, Mr. Nguyen Huy Trung and the members of the Loving Bac Ha Club also regularly organize environmental cleaning in public areas, routes, and tourist attraction in Bac Ha district. The activity is not held at a fixed time. Whenever there is a lot of garbage appearing in conspicuous places in the district, Mr. Trung stands out and calls on everyone to participate in picking up trash. Trung said: We hope to clean the environment, raise the awareness of people and the community to bring a green - clean - beautiful space, help visitors have impressive experiences, thereby developing tourism sustainable locality.

Not only Sa Pa town, Bac Ha district, environmental protection activities, construction of public toilets in other localities in the province such as Lao Cai city, Y Ty (Bat Xat), Bao Ha (Bao Yen province). )… are also given more attention, making the visitor's experience more complete. That leaves a good impression, contributing to the retention of tourists when coming to Lao Cai.
