Built in the 19th century in Cam Forest, Lao Cai Ward, Cam Temple honours Tran-dynasty officers and soldiers who heroically sacrificed their lives defending the country in the 13th century.

Over the three-day festival, ceremonial rites, incense offerings and traditional cultural activities created a solemn spiritual space rich in identity, helping bring heritage values closer to the community, particularly younger generations.

The 2026 Cam Temple Festival not only meets residents' cultural and spiritual needs but also contributes to preserving and promoting heritage and introducing visitors from inside and outside the province to the landscapes, people and cultural beauty of Lao Cai Ward.
