Lao Cai has 1 individual honored in the emulation movement "Good advice, good service"

On September 4, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union held a ceremony to honor cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers with "Good advice, good service" for the period 2019 - 2024.

This is an activity to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the entire Party, people and army implementing President Ho Chi Minh's sacred Testament.

The emulation movement "Good advice, good service" has been implemented by the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union since 2019. In which, "good advice" means giving correct, accurate, timely, creative advice, bringing high efficiency to the State, society, people, workers and businesses; "good service" means serving thoughtfully, wholeheartedly, responsibly, effectively in accordance with assigned duties and tasks, satisfying people, businesses and customers. Service is also understood as serving the glorious cause of the Party, serving the Fatherland and the nation.

The movement has been widely and effectively deployed, with thousands of examples of collectives, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who are enthusiastic, responsible, dedicated, creative, and strive to fulfill assigned tasks well, wholeheartedly serving the people and the Fatherland.

At the ceremony, the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union honored 150 delegates as typical examples in the emulation movement "Good advice, good service", including 84 delegates from ministries and branches and 66 delegates from localities.

Previously, at the Presidential Palace, General Secretary and President To Lam met and commended 150 exemplary delegates in the emulation movement.

Lao Cai province has a typical individual in the emulation movement who met with General Secretary and President To Lam and was awarded by the Vietnam Civil Servants' Union. That is comrade Hoang Ngoc Bich, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of the Lao Cai Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

With the position and duties of Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office and Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Comrade Hoang Ngoc Bich was assigned to assist the Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office in directing the advisory work for the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in a number of areas. During his work, with the areas assigned to him, he always fulfilled the assigned targets and achieved many outstanding achievements.

He has had many effective initiatives, applied to practical work, of which 2 initiatives were recognized as provincial-level initiatives: "Solutions to improve efficiency and labor productivity of the one-stop department" and "Solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the Lao Cai Provincial Development Investment Fund".
