Center for public administration of Lao Cai province officially operated from November 2, 2020

From November 2, 2020, the Lao Cai Provincial Public Administration Service Center officially came into operation.

Up to now, the Center has completed all items and is ready to serve organizations and individuals to settle administrative procedures.

The Center implements instructions, receives dossiers and returns results of administrative procedures of departments, branches and units according to Decision No. 3555/QD-UBND dated October 20, 2020 of the Chairman of Lao People's Committee. Cai approves the list of administrative procedures for receiving, returning/not receiving and returning results at the Lao Cai Public Administration Service Center and at the “OSS” department of the district, commune level in Lao Cai province.

For administrative procedure dossiers received by departments, sectors, and units before November 2, 2020, departments, divisions, branches and units continue to process and return the results to the organization, individuals according to regulations at the Public Administrative Service Center.

The Administrative Service Center works from Monday to Friday (closed Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and New Year as prescribed). Summer working hours: Morning from 7:00 to 11:00 in the morning; Afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30. Winter working hours: Morning from 7:30 to 11:30; Afternoon from 13:00 to 16:00.

According to Decision No. 396/QD-UBND dated February 18, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee, the center was established. Headquarters location is between headquarters block 6 and headquarters block 7, Tran Hung Dao Avenue, Nam Cuong ward, Lao Cai city.

The center was established and put into operation, demonstrating the high determination of Lao Cai province's leaders to create changes and breakthroughs in promoting the reform of administrative procedures towards building a service and specialized administrative system. /.
