Utterance concluding the conference, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Anh Tuan emphasized: After 10 years of implementing the coordination regulation, many good results have been achieved. In the coming time, he suggested that the two units and localities continue to focus on implementing the key tasks of the coordination program for the period 2021-2030.

Uttering at the conference, Major General Phung Quoc Tuan, Deputy Political Commissar of the Border Gard, suggested that the relevant agencies and units continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement the signed content of the two sides; proactively promulgate planned tasks in each phase, close to the unit's tasks. Organize the effective implementation of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1191/QD-TTg in order to renew and improve the capacity of external propaganda and information, contributing to the enhancement of the propaganda capacity; thoroughly make cadres and soldiers fully aware of the role of propaganda and external information, identifying this as an important task, which needs to be focused on deploying to bring about positive results.
