Moving the construction item "Sightseeing huts" out of the area of Choan Then park, Y Ty commune, Bat Xat district
Responding to the press, Mr. Tran Son Binh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism confirmed: Will move the construction item "Sightseeing huts" out of the area of Choan Then park, Y Ty commune, Bat Xat district.As reported before, in response to the public's feedback, on June 23rd, 2021, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued an urgent dispatch No. 2768/UBND-QLDT requesting the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (the Investor) temporarily suspending the construction of the Sightseeing huts and railings in the area of Choan Then park, Y Ty commune, Bat Xat district.

After the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bat Xat district and the commune authorities went to inspect the above works. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has directed the construction unit to remove all iron railings, concrete columns and carry out backfilling and returning the site to its original state in the area of 2 ancient oak trees.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has decided not to construct the construction items of 2 sightseeing huts at the current location; at the same time, encourage the people to donate land to build the sightseeing hut at another location, a few tens of meters away from Choan Then Park, without affecting the indigenous culture and suitable for the landscape.

It is known that the project of preserving the traditional village of Ha Nhi ethnic culture in Choan Then village, Y Ty commune, Bat Xat district, was approved by the Provincial People's Committee for the Economic and technical report and project contractor selection plan according to the Decision No. 4222/QD-UBND dated December 13th, 2019 (invested by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism). Items of protective railing around the embankment (which is not included in the items of the project), however, as proposed by the people of Choan Then village and the People's Committee of Y Ty commune (in the Proposal No. 20/TTr-UBND dated May 28th, 2021 to request the financial support of the construction of railings, imitation wood cement trees in the park area of Choan Then village) to ensure the safety of the people and tourists (especially local children) when visiting and entertaining in this area, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has directed the construction unit to implement according to the proposal of the locality on the principle of ensuring safety, which does not affect fun activities, spiritual experiences and rituals, ensuring closeness to the nature (imitation wood grain paint).
